Double Duty
Our OMNISOL Plus is a unique two-in-one solution: disinfection and micro-biostatic protection.
OMNISOL PLUS is a water-based solution of a stabilized organosilane antimicrobial agent and disinfectant that is effective against a broad spectrum of bacteria, viruses, and fungi. This water-based, durable, non-toxic, relatively safe, and non-flammable, non-leaching and non-migrating (after it is bound), odorless and colorless disinfectant and micro-biostatic agent, that can be used to clean and disinfect, industrial and institutional facilities, including food and animal processing plants. In addition, OMNISOL PLUS is a one-step disinfectant and antimicrobial cleaner for hospitals, schools and homes. This product is registered with the (EPA) as a disinfectant and microbiostatic agent. OMNISOL PLUS is found to be effective against highly pathogenic Avian Influenza A (H5N1) virus, MRSA, & Fungicidal Efficacy against Trychophyton Mentagrophytes, in addition to other non-health related organisms, such as bacteria, mold, mildew, and fungus that may cause odor, stain, discoloration and deterioration of the treated product. Once properly applied, the active ingredient forms a protective and invisible layer on the surface and becomes an integral part of the surface.
Competing disinfectant products may initially appear to be less expensive, but the costs quickly add up when one considers how frequently they must be reapplied — biweekly, weekly, sometimes even daily.

It is approved by the EPA for commercial applications in homes, offices, automobiles and commercial/industrial properties. OMNISOL RTU is formulated as a ready-to-use product, and is used for treatment of surfaces in indoor and outdoor environments to control bacterial growth. One application provides with up to 90 days of long lasting protection.

Multipurpose Sanitation
For facilities where storage space is at a premium or institutions that use larger amounts of sanitizing solution or have varying disinfection needs, OMNISOL CONCENTRATE is an ideal product.
OMNISOL CONCENTRATE is a water-based solution of a Silicone Quaternary Ammonium Salt with 5% active ingredient. It produces a durable micro-biostatic coating on a broad range of surfaces. Integrated into the substrate during manufacturing, OMNISOL CONCENTRATE is effective against gram-positive and gram-negative odor-causing bacteria, fungi, algae and yeasts to protect treated surfaces. This product is water-based and environmentally-friendly. OMNISOL CONCENTRATE for use as a surface concentrate can be diluted into a RTU product by simply adding distilled water.
With OMNISOL CONCENTRATE you can ensure your sanitizing solution is at the perfect strength so it works every time without using more product than necessary.
DSQ-10
Hospital Grade Disinfectant
We use DSQ 10, a multipurpose solution for facilities where safety and sanitation are the highest priority.
This EPA-registered disinfectant, fungicide, mildewstat and virucide can be applied to floors, walls and other institutional surfaces in hospitals, nursing homes, schools, food-service and -preparation areas and other areas for the safety of employees as well as patients or customers and the public.
In its diluted form, DSQ 10 is safe for use on metal and any material that can safely be washed with water — even dishes, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils and any equipment that comes in contact with food.
Add this colorless, completely soluble liquid to water in the recommended concentration for its intended use, then fill a no-touch automatic dispenser or directly into the sanitization station of a three- compartment sink for food-service and restaurant industry use.
DSQ 10 can be applied to floors, walls, work stations and equipment or used on cooking utensils and clean dishes and silverware for protective sanitization.
