frequently asked questions

Our most often posed questions when clients call! Please contact us for any additional you may have for our team.

Q: How soon can you come out and service my property, facility, or vehicles?

A: For the fastest answer, please call or message us immediately! We generally schedule for treatment to take place within 2 weeks from the time of contract signing. However, we understand that sometimes your needs are urgent (during a breakout), and we will be as accommodating as possible. Often, in emergency situations, we can treat within 24 hours, but we cannot set a firm window until we speak with you. For regular treatment, you can call, use our chat, email, or contact our social media. We are here to help!

Q: What products do you use?

A: Please visit our products page in the products page

Q: How do I get a quote?

A: By answering a few simple questions with one of our booking agents, we will get you fast and accurate pricing! We will ask about your location, square footage, the density of products in the locations, etc.

Q: Do you need to come onsite for a quote?

A: In most cases, no, we don't! However, if you do not have some pertinent information we need, a representative may need to come onsite. We can also conduct a video conference walk through with you!

Q: How often do I need treatments?

A: For high traffic areas where there is a lot of human interaction (hospitals, airports, etc.), we recommend up to every 90 days.  Businesses and non-traffic areas we recommend every 6 months.  The product does rub off over time due to abrasion. That is why high traffic needs more frequent treatments.

Q: What happens if someone with COVID comes into my place of business after you treat? How do I know if it's still safe?

A: Continue your normal cleaning protocols with a List-N disinfectant, such as Omnisol Plus to ensure any trace-virus is removed from the surface.

Q: How do I know that the treatment is still working?

A: Enspras SureCheck division uses ATP testing and our OmniSure Visualizer test services to ensure that you are still protected. Contact us today for these add-on services or to see case studies!

Q: Are the products you use safe for children and pets?

A: Yes, once the product is applied and dried, it is bonded with the surfaces.  As with any product, you do not want to breathe in an aerosolized liquid, so we ask that children and pets are off-premises while the treatment is being conducted.

Q: How long do I have to wait to use my space once it has been treated?

A: As soon as it's dry! Typically 15 minutes to one hour, depending on air flow in the space.

Q: Does the treatment discolor my furniture, fabrics, finishes, etc.

A: No it does not. We've tested on an extensive variety of paints, finishes, fabrics, materials, etc., and have had no reaction. Does not damage leather, wood, stone, plastic, ceramic, etc. If you have a specific concern, we can surely do a test ahead of time. If there are archival or museum quality items in your space, it is best to cover them, as you normally would during any out of the ordinary procedures.
